La prima ve la manda immediatamente e puo' considerarsi una conferma della richiesta di BAN.

La seconda me l'ha mandata alle 0:25, quindi 4 ore e 5 minuti esatti dalla prima.
Essa e' una richiesta di compilazione di un modulo in cui chiede piu' o meno
se siete rimasti soddisfatti del servizio offerto dalla K2.

In ambedue le email vi ringrazieranno per averli avvisati e averli aiutati a "contrastare" gli hacker con un "ticket" (biglietto/avviso) di supporto.

Entrambe le lettere sono degli avvisi e non ha importanza se li leggiate o meno, e il BAN dovrebbe essere effettuato a prescindere da questo.




Presto vi faccio sapere se la mia richiesta di BAN e' andata a buon fine! ;)
